Configuring Global Settings for WebAccess
After completing this lesson you should be able to:
- Configure which members will be able to acess WebAccess.
To configure the WebAccess policy
Click Tools on the Configuration Manager Menu Bar and select Options to display the Options dialog box.
Click the Access Policy Settings tab to display the WebAccess policy.
Under the WebAccess heading select the Online Booking Access Policy from the following options:
Always allow online bookings for Members - Selecting this option will enable WebAccess by default for all members.
Don't allow online bookings for Members in Debt Band 2-4+ - If a member falls into debt with the club you can disable their access to WebAccess. Specify the minimum debt band they need to reach before they are denied access to WebAcess.
Never allow online bookings for Members - Selecting this option will disable WebAccess for all members by default.
Once you have selected the desired option press OK to save the changes.
